    Settings Reset atau Factory Data Reset

    Setting Reset - Reset balik phone ke setting original tanpa padamkan data..
    Factory Data Reset - Erase all data on phone...
    Under Setting -> Privacy -> Personal data (Based on Xperia Live with Walkman GB 2.3.4) (Tak tahu setting sama ke tak)

    Ataupun

    Pakai CWM, wipe all data..

    Kalau tak jadi jugak, boleh repair phone melalui PC Companion atau SEUS tp backup data dulu takut jd apa-2..(recommended)
    Atau

    Flash sendiri pakai Xperia Flashtool dgn firmware FTF file yg betul..(Not recommended) (Boleh kalau TT ni advanced user)
